Shopping basics
+We partner with top-tier factories (CLEAN, VS, ARF, etc.). After you place an order, we assign it to the best factory for assembly and strict quality control. Our goal is to deliver the highest-grade super clone watches, which requires careful preparation and inspection before shipping.
Typical delivery time is 5 to 20 business days depending on the model and production schedule. Once you order, we will contact you with a precise estimated shipping timeline. Some popular models may take a bit longer due to factory lead times.
We ship worldwide using trusted couriers: USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS. All packages are fully trackable and insured during transit.
No extra costs. We handle all customs clearance. You will not be charged any import duties or hidden taxes. If any customs issue arises, we cover the loss.
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. Conditions:
- Protective film must be intact.
- Watch must be unworn with no signs of use.
- Original box and all accessories included.
For quality-related issues, we cover return shipping and provide a full refund after inspection. Please contact support before returning.
All watches come with a 1-year free warranty (excluding severe physical damage and water damage). Shipping costs during the warranty period are fully covered by us — you don’t pay for repairs or return shipping.
Product & craftsmanship
+We offer 1:1 ultimate super clone watches — identical appearance to genuine models, with cloned Swiss movements that replicate the exact function, weight, and finish. Only the highest grade materials are used, making them the best available in the market.
Yes, they have strong water resistance suitable for daily wear, swimming pools, and rain. However, they are not designed for hot water (showers, saunas) or deep-sea diving. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
Rubber straps (e.g., OysterFlex): After ordering, we will contact you to confirm your wrist size and prepare the correct length.
Steel bracelets / adjustable straps: We include a bracelet adjustment tool and a video guide. If you prefer that we adjust it for you, let us know your exact wrist circumference after ordering. Please note that during adjustment the protective film may be removed, and minor tool marks are possible (we cannot guarantee 100% mark-free finish).
Yes — we include a complete original-style box and accessories free of charge. Many other sellers charge extra; we include it as standard.

Shipping & tamper-proof delivery
+Yes, every order includes a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates after shipment, especially for weekend dispatches.
We use a double security system:
- Outer warning tape: “Please turn on your phone camera to ensure you have a complete record of the package inspection.” We recommend filming the unboxing.
- Tamper-proof watch box seal: A one-time “OPENED VOID” seal is placed on the box. If this seal is broken before you open it, contact us immediately.
These steps ensure that nobody has accessed your watch after it left our facility.
Keep all items and contact us immediately. The fastest way is via WhatsApp, or you can email us. We will resolve any issue — returns, exchanges, or defects — quickly.
Returns are sent to our Hong Kong office address (provided upon request). Once received and inspected, we refund you via your original payment method. Please contact support before returning any item.
