Pre-Shipment Quality Control (QC)
At Supclone, pre-shipment QC is a core part of our service. Top super-clone factories typically do not perform end-to-end retail QC, so we run our own thorough inspection before any watch leaves us:
- Exterior check: case, crystal, dial/indices, hands alignment, bracelet/strap fit and finish.
- Function tests: manual winding, time/date setting, crown feel, date change behavior.
- Movement test: accuracy and amplitude on a professional timegrapher for stability.
- Fine regulation: we adjust the movement to improve daily timekeeping.
Before shipment, we can provide real photos and a timegrapher video of your exact watch. Proper QC usually requires 1–2 business days; this small wait minimizes errors and after-sales issues and ensures you receive the watch in the best condition.
After-Sales Service & Warranty
- Warranty: 1-year free movement warranty for defects under normal, non-human-damage use.
- Cost policy: if a repair involves parts outside the free warranty scope, we only charge the cost price of parts and labor — no extra margin.
- Scope notice: normal wear (scratches, strap aging) and human-caused damage (drops, water intrusion, shock) are not covered by the free warranty.

Describe the issue (e.g., timekeeping deviation, abnormal sound) and request the return/repair address.
- Pack securely:
– Return the watch only (keep presentation box/accessories).
– Include a note with your order number and a clear issue description.
– Use protective padding to avoid transit damage, and for security do not write “watch” on the outer box.
- Turnaround: typical repair/adjustment takes 10–20 business days including intake testing, repair, and final QC. If special parts are required, we will inform you in advance; in rare cases it may take longer.
Shipping cost policy: non-human defects reported within the first 15 days of receipt — round-trip shipping covered by Supclone; within 6 months — each party covers one way; after 6 months — customer covers shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Unworn watches with all protective films intact may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Once a watch has been worn or the films removed, it is eligible for warranty repair only (no return/exchange), because visible wear prevents re-sale as new.
Bracelet models (steel bracelet)
Please do not remove the protective films until you have finished your checks. Removing the films means the watch can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Leather strap models
Do not fasten the clasp or crease the leather during initial checking. Leather will show visible wear marks once bent — after wear marks appear, only warranty repair is available.

How to Request a Return

- Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the return is due to a quality or manufacturing issue confirmed by our QC team.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return window:
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive the watch to send it back for a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when delivered.
- All protective films and factory seals must remain intact.
- The watch must be returned in its original packaging (outer shipping box not required, but keep the watch box, warranty card, and included accessories).
- Once a watch has been worn or the protective films removed, it is eligible for warranty repair only and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 24 hours using the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, crypto, or other agreed method).
Important: Please pack the watch securely and avoid writing “watch” or related words on the outer packaging to reduce risk during shipping.

Why can’t you always ship the same day?
Because we run full QC and movement regulation on your exact watch. This takes 1–2 business days and dramatically reduces after-sales issues, ensuring the best condition at delivery.
What proof do I get before shipping?
In-house real photos and a timegrapher video of your specific watch are available on request before dispatch.
What is covered by the 1-year warranty?
Movement defects under normal use. Wear and tear or human-caused damage is excluded. After the free warranty, we offer cost-price paid maintenance and parts replacement when possible.
